About this portfolio
darrenhportfolio.com presents the work of Darren Hayden. These terms cover browsing the portfolio, using its interactive features, and sending an inquiry. Please use the site lawfully and respect the work and people featured here.
Work shown here
You’re welcome to view the work and share links to it. Designs, code, photographs, models, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners unless a separate license says otherwise. Client names and project assets are shown to explain the work; they are not offered for reuse. Contact me before republishing or commercially using my original material.
Projects and external links
Some projects are concepts or works in progress, as labeled. AERO/01 is a fictional product and does not offer real shoe orders or reservations. Linked websites are operated separately and may change. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them, download a product, or make a purchase.
Inquiries and project work
Sending a message does not create a client relationship, reserve my time, or establish a contract. Any paid work needs a separate agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, and ownership. Please only send information you are entitled to share, and avoid confidential material unless we have agreed how to handle it.
Using the site
Please do not send spam, submit malicious content, try to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the site or its visitors. I may limit requests or restrict access to protect the site from misuse.
Accuracy and availability
I try to keep project information current, but errors and outdated details can happen. The site and demos may be changed, paused, or taken offline. Interactive features may work differently across devices. Nothing on this page excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains how contact messages and site information are handled.
Changes and questions
I may update these terms as the site changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
